Product Owner
As Product Owner you are the connection between digital technology and business!
You own the product and ensures that all technical aspects and features of the product or platform meet user requirements. A PO ensures each use-case story has the correct acceptance criteria and works in close collaboration with the development team.
With the right quality assurance you fulfil the customer's needs and deliver business value!
Understand and prioritise the business needs and map this per relevant stakeholder and create a roadmap of use cases and requirements to define required deliveries.
Ensure the fit with a broader architecture and point out potential integrations.
Accountable to ensure delivery teams understand the roadmap & requirements and deliver high quality implementation.
Support the creation of training materials (once agreed with the customer).
Aim to maximize the business value and minimize the total cost of ownership.
Experience in as a Product Owner in different digital channels (like app, web and e-commerce).
Translation of the business driven use-cases to the technical delivery partners, while challenge delivery partners where necessary to ensure the right progress and ensure the technical roadmap is in sync with the broader landscape.
As a central person you own planning and budget of above activities and ensure proper tests with selected users.
Clear logs and document filing of the project and technology configuration in centrally used storage and activity planning (i.e. Teams/Asana).
Continuously prioritising workload and backlog for internal teams and partners.
