Junior Digital Project Manager
As a Junior Digital Project Manager you will be working on the execution of small digital projects or parts of larger projects. You will coordinate small teams, support tasks, and facilitate effective communication. Supporting a (Senior) Digital Project manager, to help manage project budgets, costs and progress, is also part of the job. You engage with stakeholders, gather requirements and support the project administration throughout the project lifecycle.
As a Junior Digital Project Manager, you have a proper understanding of project management and monitoring. You have a basic understanding of the role of content, data and process related aspects and their dependencies within Digital Projects.
Provide end-to-end project management with a constant view on scope, requirements and budget.
Understanding business opportunities and operationalizing solutions based on great teamwork.
Enabling, and working closely with, multi-functional teams across the businesses, across different platforms, and crafting ways of delivering towards customers.
You will support (Senior) Digital Project Managers with parts of the project.
Supporting project admin throughout the project lifecycle.
Creating required support documentation, risk logs and requirement specifications, while continuously look for opportunities for improvement.
2+ years in Project Management or a similar role
Experience/supporting function preferably in a digital environment
Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
Proper proficiency in business applications
Knowledge of one or more of the common tools for project management (e.g. Microsoft projects, Asana, …..)
Understanding the importance of sharing knowledge, present and visualize ideas, practicing digital ethics
Understanding the importance of seeing and acting on opportunities and leads
