About the Job

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager with a B2B mindset — someone who understands complex client ecosystems, internal stakeholder dynamics, and long-term digital goals. At Full Force Digital, we help B2B organizations navigate digital transformation, from strategy and (web-)platform implementation to content and data execution.

You will lead projects where precision, stakeholder alignment, and business impact matter just as much as delivery. If you thrive in structured environments, can juggle multiple moving parts, and enjoy creating clarity in complexity — we’d love to work with you.

What you will be doing

You will manage digital projects for leading global clients in B2B industries — such as manufacturing, professional services, or technical production industries. These projects often involve customer data, Web/CRM/marketing automation tooling, and platform integrations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading B2B digital projects from intake through delivery

  • Aligning internal and external stakeholders on timelines, scope and priorities

  • Managing content migrations, data implementations and (web-) platform enhancements

  • Tracking progress, risks, dependencies and budgets

  • Acting as the go-to person for escalations, blockers and strategic decisions

  • Ensuring strong documentation, delivery handovers and post-project evaluation

  • Supporting long-term value through operational readiness and adoption

What we ask of you

  • 5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in B2B settings

  • Strong understanding of B2B processes, client journeys and business drivers

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and content/data governance

  • Clear communicator who can navigate senior stakeholders and technical teams

  • Excellent English (spoken & written); Dutch is a plus

  • Confident with tools like Asana, Jira, Confluence or MS Projects

  • Strong at planning, risk management and stakeholder alignment

  • You ask the right questions, think two steps ahead, and deliver what is promised
